About this course

This CME-certified interactive video series invites you to sit in the driver's seat and make choices on best-practice approaches to reducing cardiorenal risk in people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Course Structure

  • This interactive video series, chaired by Stefano Del Prato, MD, features 3 individuals with type 2 diabetes (Steve, Barbara and Michael), each with different stages of CKD and comorbidity profiles
  • After you choose your case, watch the introductory video to learn more about the individual. You will then be presented with questions and will be able to select from different management options for Steve, Barbara and Michael
  • Following each choice, Professor Del Prato will provide feedback on your selection, and will explain the key concepts and supporting data
  • At the end of each individual’s story, Professor Del Prato will summarize the outcomes based on your choices, together with the recommended next steps
